Dr. Zhi Gang Sha is a Master of the chinese art of healing besides being an M.D. of western medicine and a spirituel Master dedicated to encourage you to heal yourself and empower you to heal others. His book is a powerful tool to achieve this goal. Very well written. It allows me to parctice his methods and being amazed about the instant results. I wish everybody will take the time to read it and use it. Its amazing.

Dr. Sha was recognized as Qi Gong Master of the Year by the 5th World COngress on Qi Gong. His mastery is evident in this book which shares the essence of his wisdom in four simple types of practices: Soul Power, Mind Power, Body Power and Sound Power. This book has been instrumental in helping me reclaim good health. I wanted to read more of Dr. Sha's work so I also purchased Zhi Neng Medicine, which is also excellent. While I didn't always experience the same results as many of the case histories, I DID experience some positive results every time I used the techniques in this book and have been able to completely heal several disease conditions over time.
