Product Description Bestselling author James Patterson returns with the #1 blockbuster thriller of the summer, an unstoppable novel of law and revenge. PSenior FBI agent Nick Pellisante is closing in on the notorious mob boss "The Electrician," when the scheduled sting goes spectacularly awry. Two FBI agents are dead, the boss is wounded, and Pellisante vows the Electrician's next move will be from a jail cell. PAndie Echeverra, a part-time actress and a single, full-time mom, is assigned her next role as Juror #11 in the landmark trial against Mafia Don Dominic Cavello. Everybody is on edge. No one has ever crossed the man whose orders have made entire families disappear. PThough Cavello's influence extends across blue uniforms and black robes, the case should be open-and-shut. But the legal system fails with devastating results, and Nick and Andie are the only ones left to seek justice. To stop the Electrician, they must take matters into their own hands. They are the judge and jury now. PJames Patterson spins an all-out heart-pounding legal thriller that pits two people against the most vicious and powerful mobster since John Gotti.

Couldn't put it down. December 18, 2008 Testfory2k (United States) This is the first James Patterson's book ever that I've read and boy, I couldn't put it down. If you like action, adventure, love, thriller, suspense, this book has it all. On to the next JP's book! :) br / br /
What a time killer! No more no less... Great~ December 4, 2008 roger c. (CA, United States) I read this book in 3 sittings over 14 hour period. br / br /This is what I call a perfect time killer book. When you have nothing else to do and you just want to read something fun to kill time, I strongly recommend this book. br / br /I am giving it 5 stars not because it is a masterpiece that cannot be duplicated but it is so well written with given premise that I don't see how the author could have improved it. br / br /Don't spend more than paperback price for it.
A great listen - exciting and well done! November 29, 2008 Sharon Michaels (U.S.A.) My husband and I had a long road trip ahead of us and decided to listen to Judge and Jury on CD - Unabridged. The reader/actor Joe Mantega did a great job of playing out all the parts and making the story so believable. br / br /The story was well constructed and in many places kept us on the edge of our seats. A little predictable but all and all it was very entertaining. br / br /I don't think I've ever disliked a villain more than I did Dominic Cavello - he was just plain nasty. br / br /I highly recommend the CD's for a great listen, especially for a long road trip. It certainly made time fly for us! br /
Charles D. Richardson, author, pilot, Air Traffic Controller (Ret.) October 17, 2008 Charles D. Richardson Patterson does it again in this riveting, nail-biter. The characters and plot are exellent. I really enjoyed the court room scenes, very realistic. Another good read. br / br /Charles D. Richardson author of the military thriller, The Pact. Coming soon, Flying Machines.
Judge Jury August 31, 2008 Brenda Shue (Kansas) The audio book shipped fast and was packaged very well. The prices are br /always good at Amazon also. I will continue buying products from Amazon. br / br / The book itself was great. I already had it in hardback but bought the br /audio for my husband to listen to while traveling back and forth to work. br /Patterson usually comes out with great books and this one was no exception. When I started reading, I could barely put it down.
