This is a beautiful book that contains recipes of authentic Mexican food with some stories around them. For a Mexican living in the USA like me, it's a fantastic opportunity to have these recipes from Frida who was a lover of Mexican traditions and regional food. The recipes are explained in such a great detail and clarity that anyone can create this dishes and palate the authentic flavors and aromas of México, nothing to do with the lousy food that you find in Chili's and another so called 'Mexican Restaurants' in the USA.
Food is an integral part of the culture of a country and being able to taste what Fride loved and cooked herself is a way to get to know her better.
Great book beautiful pictures, great quality and excellent presentation.
