Product Description I stared at the letter and picture as the tears fell. I hadnt heard from Vickie in almost twenty years. And then tonight, of all nights, I had received such a letter! I held my breath as I sensed Gods presence all around me. Adoption, was that what God had in mind for us? Ten years of infertility brought Debbi and Phil Migit to a crisis of faith. Child of Promise is the true account of one couples journey from barrenness to the blessing of trans-racial adoption. There is a message that goes beyond infertility and adoption; it will touch any believer and bring them to a better understanding of Gods ultimate faithfulness. Walk with Debbi and Phil as they remain faithful to God and finally receive their Child of Promise.

Honest, Open and Real September 3, 2008 Carol A. Antrim (Lewistown, Il. United States) I would recommend this book to anyone who has struggled with adoption and infertility. Debbi speaks honestly about the ups and downs and ins and outs of both. I appreciated her references to her deep faith in God and how involved He is in her life.
A must-read for anyone touched by adoption/infertility August 5, 2008 Janel Janes 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book provides an honest insight into the rollercoaster ride of infertility and adoption, but it's permeated with the hope that can only be found in the Christian faith. This true account is emotional and inspiring, but is as riveting as a fictional novel. It makes a great gift for anyone who has ever struggled with infertility or for anyone celebrating the joy of adoption. Every OB/GYN office and pregnancy center should own a copy.
