Product Description It's been years since the members of the Sisterhood first banded together, with the help of their mentor Charles Martin, to exact their own form of justice on those whose crimes had gone unpunished by the legal system. Now, back in the United States after an enforced exile, and ensconced in a new home on Big Pine Mountain in North Carolina, Myra, Kathryn, Annie, Alexis, Isabelle, Yoko, and Nikki are breathing easy at last - but not for long. One dark night, under cover of a vicious storm, a helicopter lands on their mountain. The Sisters aren't about to wait to be ambushed. Braving the storm, they set out to greet their guests, only to be told by Charles that the mysterious visitors are the Sisterhood's new employers, and they've got a dangerous new assignment in mind. The task they face is daunting. If they succeed, the Sisterhood will be rewarded beyond their wildest dreams. If they fail, they'll forfeit much more than a pay check. But if the Ladies of Pinewood have learned one thing over the course of their adventures, it's that when friends band together, miracles can happen...

great reading December 22, 2008 Carole Emig (Williamsport, PA United States) These sisterhood books of hers are terriffic- 1 of us buys them are passed around to about 25 of us @ the hospital. They may have many pages but they are quick, delightful stories that oh wouldn't some love to have them help us or friends to right extreme wrongs.
Excellent Read December 16, 2008 D. L. Weston (Lusby, MD) I have loved every book in the Sisterhood series and this one did not disappoint me. I could not put it down - I read it in one day. I highly recommend this series.
good condition and service December 16, 2008 Neva F. Swenson (Rural New York) The book was received in a timely fashion and good condition. I would buy from this person again.
Fast Track October 11, 2008 Carol A. Sawyer (Ft. Laud, Fl) I've read every book that Fern Michaels has written. I love her stories. Have especially enjoyed all the sisterhood and vigelantie books.
Silly but fun mystery September 4, 2008 Doris Reed (West Bloomfield, MI) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This series is entertaining even if the story line is a little silly. It takes a mind set to ignore the preposterous plot lines, but it is worth it for fun, light reading. The characters are more realistic than the stories which keeps me coming back to the next in the series.
