Glad you like my well researched, non-mycotoxins raw recipes! Also new FIVE STAR RAW SPA CUISINE book of mine is now available! November 13, 2008 RawBryan 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Hi wanted to let you know I did all the research on my raw organic recipes! None of them have cashews, dates, nama soyu or dehydrating! Too many raw recipes have this and these are actually high mycotoxin, high mold and high fungus foods! If you read The Rainbow Green Live Cuisine by Gabriel Cousens MD he explains it ALL in easy to understand language so you have to wonder why people ignore his RAW medical, scientific and spiritual advice, lab research and recommendations? Sure you can use moderation but better not to be exposed to all mycotoxins at all and do raw correctly with well researched optimal recipes that are netural in Ph, Alkalizing and not all just variations on cashews, dates, nama soyu and dehdyrating! None of my recipes has those because I do the research! br / br /Now I have a new FIVE STAR RAW SPA CUISINE WITH CHEF BRYAN AU raw recipe book that is just now available and the BEST yet! All totally new original raw recipes that still takes 5 to 10 minutes to make, no dehydrating and many new recipes with no-nuts! Like Donuts, Cupcakes, Ramen Noodles, Pesto Kelp Noodles, "Cookie Dough", Fruit Sushi, Eggplant Manicotti, Stuffed Zucchini Flowers, "Bacon and Eggs", Candied Apples and many more totally new raw recipes to RAWCK your world you will love it! Enjoy! Raw Organic Chef Bryan Au, also look for my new RAW STORY: The Autobiography coming very soon and 2 new RAW Recipe books too! Keep on RAWCKIN' but do the research and read Gabriel Cousens MD: Concsious Eating and The Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine and do RAW RIGHT not randomly or wrong...

I like this book alot. The layout could use some work and some cross-referencing of other recipes would be nice to have page numbers that match the recipe, but the food is really tasty by and large.
Raw in 10 min IF you can find the ingredients September 7, 2008 C. Williams (Dayton OH, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
On the good side, we really enjoyed many of the recipes we tried. The flavors were excellent and the prep time is short, which is great for busy people. The recipes were easy to follow with detailed instructions. br / br /The recipes in this book are very good and normally I would rate the book 1 stars higher. However, finding the ingredients in a small town in the Midwest is not easy much of the time. Things like young coconuts and Hawaiian Mild White Miso are just not everyday ingredients. I found several recipes I wanted to try last weekend and spend literally 1/2 the day traveling around town trying to find the ingredients and never did find them. I was eventually able find some but, after already spending 1/2 the day and with today's fuel prices, it just wasn't practical to drive 45 miles each way for a few items. Additionally, the constant referral to a particular brand blender is also a little annoying. If it was a cookbook that came with the blender I could understand it but, speaking as a kitchen gadget junkie, there are a lot of really good blenders of all size out there. A simple reference at the beginning of the book stating the blender I used to make these recipes was xxxxxx. I understand brand loyalty as well, but there is a point where it becomes a little much and this book exceeded that point. br / br /All in all it's a very good book with good recipes if you can find the ingredients. I'd recommend it to my friends and did recommend it to a local raw/vegan/vegetarian/gluten free restaurant. br / br /

This book is a good reference for raw food beginners who wish to prepare meals fast that are not complicated and do not require a lot of equipment.
