Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars good seller   September 30, 2008

Overall, happy with the purchase. The book was a little more worn than I expected though.

3 out of 5 stars good information; great IPA reference   November 20, 1998
5 out of 5 found this review helpful

I felt that this book was a really good introductory phonetics text book. I've used it as a good standard for phonetic transcription over the past few years as an SLP student. It's a great reference, although it is a little dry.
