Curriculum leaders August 28, 2008 James M. Weber (Missouri/Kansas USA) This was a good book. The topics were very helpful and covered things as an administrator you will need to know. I have also used this book in regular classroom review.
The Principal as Curriculum Leader ? March 10, 2007 J. Young (Los Angeles, CA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Good resource - explains that principals don't often know that they should be a curriculum leader. One of their jobs is to keep abreast on curriculum - changes, effective teaching strategies, etc. It has been my experience as a teacher that many principals have no idea about what is being taught in the classroom. Some have no clue on teaching strategies to help best meet the standards.
