I want my two year old twins to learn Spanish, but also to learn about Mexican culture as they're doing it. These songs are beautiful classics that they still love even though they've been listening to them since they were newborns. Orozco sings by himself, which I think is a plus (I dislike the "choir of children" sounds that is on so many cds for kids), he's enthusiastic and charismatic, and the song selections are excellent. I recommend the accompanying book, that include lyrics, the music, and has little descriptions before each song that gives some cultural context. I also have Orozco's "Diez Deditos," and I highly recommend it as well.

This is a lovely Spanish language CD for children. Jose-Luis Orozco has an enchanting voice, and his guitar accompaniment is delightful. This is a CD you will like to listen to as a parent. My children LOVE the songs. They can understand much of his beautifully spoken Spanish, and imitate the words and sounds. They are learning Spanish without really knowing it, and with joy. Highly recommended.

You can't go wrong with this CD. I've found it surprisingly hard to find decent music in Spanish for our toddler. Our toddler loves it, my non-Spanish speaking husband has learned the words, and I look forward to getting in the car to hear it. I now ordered another CD in this series and love it as well. I don't have the book, which sounds great, but I already knew the words to these songs.

My children love this! The songs are catchy and easy to learn. They help grow their vocabulary and improve their diction in a very engaging, fun way.
