Great jazzy music, and a decent little short film staring one of my personal favorites, Bill Mosley. br /Good set. br /I find it humorous how Patton made the "soundtrack" twice as long as the film. br /:P

3 out of 5 stars Not his best...   October 9, 2008

...but an admirable foray into the realm of motion picture soundtracks. There aren't any real stand-out tracks, but as a record (am I the only person who still listens to entire records?), this soundtrack works. Definitely better than the soundtracks for Footloose or Muriel's Wedding. Let's hear it for the boy! br /

5 out of 5 stars Would have gone better with Deathday!   July 21, 2008

The soundtrack, as all Patton fans will have been sure about, is excellent and Patton has done an awesome job, the film is so so. Typically well packaged as again all Patton fans now expect - i will now shamelessly promote my own book - DEATHDAY BY EUGENE BRUCE (No. 23 in the list if you type my name in)and id be over the moon if you bought it! Thank you, i love you in every way!

1 out of 5 stars Mike Patton DID NOT Compose a Score to a Film...   July 7, 2008

The movie is not worth the time, but that is not why you would buy this CD/DVD. The soundtrack is out of place and is used on several occations as source music. The characters are listening to the music on the radio, it is not at all intended to underscore actions or enhance the mood of the film. If you are looking for Mike Patton's premier film score this is not it, he did not "compose" a film score because the filmmaker failed to use music in such a way. So is it good quality Mike Patton music? Yeah maybe but so what; after you watch the film you wont care about any of that because what you thought was going to Patton's debut film score was nothing but a few typical Patton formulas played over acting.

Big mike patton fan.. The soundtrack is great.. Thats the reason i bought the album .. Its the type of music where you can sit on you're friends couch and space out for hours. Most of pattons music is that or u feel like you're on a Mind trip.. As for the film it was terrible could of been a little longer and had better acting.. They must of filmed this short in a day or two...AHH THANK GOD FOR MIKE PATTON.
