I did a lot of research to find the perfect home-office phone. I do a lot of conference calls from home and I needed a good speakerphone. The speakerphone on the handset is really quite good. The one on the handset is also quite good, but I wouldn't recommend it for client or customer calls. The added convenience is well worth it though. My only complaint is that the speaker is on the back while the mic is on the front, making it hard to position the phone to get optimal sound. The battery life is great and it couldn't be easier to setup and add more of the wireless handsets. All around, it's the best home office phone I've ever used.

This phone is the best we have ever had. It is far better than the GE model it replaced. The sound quality is clear and the ease of use is excellent. I particularly like the ability to use one button to call relatives and friends. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a base unit and a hand held.

Bought as a gift for my parents, this phone is easy enough for them to use and it works well so far. We've only had it since December. The setup was very simple. The ringer has a different sound than what I'm used to, but I like it. I would recommend it.

I purchased this phone to replace aging Panasonic 2.4Hz phone system. The new one is geared for a home office better than its predecessor. I like the compact size of the base unit and the range of the DECT cordless handset. The features are well thought out, but the menu system is a bit involved for simple operations like scrolling through listings of recent calls, or clearing screen of "Missed Call" message, both of which require several steps. Also, the sound quality could be improved, but overall the phone is excellent and an excellent value.
