ABU DHABI - Visitors entering the country on visit visas from tomorrow can be covered by international health insurance policies, according to Brigadier Nassir Al Awadi Al Minhali, Acting Director-General of the Federal Naturalisation and Residency Department (FNRD) in the Ministry of Interior (MoI).

The NMI Retirement Fund’s new life insurance is now conducting open enrollment for government employees and retirees. Moylan’s Insurance, general agents for NetCare Life and Health Insurance, has set July 1, 2008 through Sept. 30, 2008 as the period for open enrollment.

Conewago Township will see an annual savings of $10,700 by changing its health-care provider. At Monday night's meeting, the supervisors unanimously approved changing from Highmark Blue Shield to Benecon Group, which is a municipal "cooperative health insurance pool."
